  1. Our aim is to have mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and consultants. We want to deliver interesting and successful projects with measurable results.

  2. Underpinning all of our work is the need to be good corporate citizens. We will look at any business cases with an eye on costs, the environment and other impacts.

  3. It is very important that it is clear what you are getting, when you are getting it, what it will cost and who will be involved. We think this is important for your happiness and ours, and applies to everything we do.

  4. We think taking risks is important but they have to be managed, excellent risk management and contingency planning is one of our strengths and is embedded into our approach.

  5. We want clients and our own people to gain experience and skills, and continue to grow and develop.

  6. We want great relationships. Our rule is; phone us if there is a problem because we would rather address any problems at an early stage.

  7. We will ask you to give us feedback and hopefully do two way feedback with us so we can all improve.

  8. If we can’t help you, or think you need some other expertise we will tell you and if you want we will help find you someone who can. We have strategic partnerships with other specialist agencies.
